Terms and Conditions for Returns:
When returning wheels for any reason, the customer is responsible for making sure the wheels are returned in the same brand new, un-mounted condition as they were when the wheels left any Strada Warehouse location. Wheels must be properly repackaged, protected from any box burn and or additional shipping damage, which may include double boxing, strapping, palletizing, box corners, wheel coverings, etc. Original Strada Wheels boxes are only good for 1-way shipping and do not hold up in a return shipment with most parcel carriers i.e. UPS and FedEx. Returned wheels due to warranty, factory or shipping error does not constitute a valid reason to return product damaged.
The customer must include the RMA# on the outside of each box as well. Once the wheels have been returned and inspected, any refunds or adjustments minus restocking fees will be made at the time.
