STRADA WHEELS INC. – Transit Protection Coverage

At Strada Wheels Inc., we understand the importance of ensuring the wheels that are shipped via freight carrier will arrive safely and in undamaged condition. Due to the nature of many of the small parcel carriers that we utilize, wheels are more susceptible to damage due to the limited factory provided packaging.

We now offer an affordable “Transit Protection” option to safeguard against loss or damage—provided the shipment is made on Strada’s shipping account.

Coverage pricing will vary based on the size of the wheel.

COVERAGE SCOPE

This Transit Protection policy applies exclusively to:

  • Wheels damaged in transit, or
  • Complete loss of shipment during transit

Note: Coverage is only valid to the original product(s) and invoice for shipment with coverage, using the same shipping method and carrier on Strada’s shipping account.

  • Claims must be filed within three (3) business days of receiving the product.
  • Damaged wheels must not be mounted or used to qualify for replacement.

TYPES OF CLAIMS

  1. Coverage was purchased:
    • Product is lost or damaged in transit
    • Strada will ship a replacement
    • Customer must return damaged product using prepaid label
    • No need to wait for inspection before replacement ships
  1. Coverage was NOT purchased:
    • Product is lost or damaged in transit
    • Strada will ship a replacement after damaged goods are returned in same condition as shipped
    • Return labels and inspection may be required prior to reshipment
    • Purchase of a separate replacement and full refund issued after damaged goods are returned in same condition as shipped

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

In the event of a covered claim:

  1. Contact your Strada Wheels sales rep or fill out the RMA request under WARRANTY tab. https://stradawheelgroup.com/return-request-form/
  2. Strada Wheels Inc. will ship a replacement for the lost or damaged product using the same shipping method as the original order invoiced, within 24 hours of claim.
  3. For damaged items, a prepaid return label(s) will be issued to return the original product coverage. Note return labels are valid for 7 days.
  4. Damaged items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return within this timeframe will result in invoicing for both the original and replacement product(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Rejecting the shipment at the time of delivery is NOT covered by transit protection plan.
  • All other claims, including manufacturing defects, cosmetic flaws, or fitment issues, fall under our Limited Warranty Policy. See Strada Wheels website for more information.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing transit protection and accepting delivery of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Transit Protection Policy. This policy does NOT apply to:

  • Any shipments not made on a Strada shipping account
  • Shipments without purchased protection coverage
  • Shipping errors (such as incorrect shipping address, ordering of incorrect wheels)
